If you could email me pl @ telecom.co.nz your home line number I can investigate further as to why you are still showing up in the white pages. Normally a call to 123 is the best path to get it done, plus I highly recommend everyone signs up to the Do Not Call register too for the more honest marketing companies abide by that. My mobile number, without my consent was listed on whitepages.com.au a few years back and I'm still unable to get it unlisted. If I call sensis, they say that they need to receive the order from my provider (optus) and when I call optus, they say that they update their annual listing, but that they don't send on-demand change requests and that I can do that directly to sensis.
