Oct 19, 2008 · BitTorrent bought uTorrent some time ago and since then BitTorrent and uTorrent are identical bittorrent clients. BitTorrent does add the program DNA to its download. DNA does nothing for the individual user, but is running all the time and uses more memory than the bittorrent program. If you disable or delete DNA, the two are identical.
