If you use Skype a lot in a way that requires credit, a Skype gift card is the best and safest way to add credit. If I tried to add credit more than 1x/month using a credit/debit card or other means than PayPal, even with automatic refill, Skype refused to accept my payment, claiming that I had exceeded my credit limit, and said I needed to use some other means of payment.
